Jerry Miller has over 30 years of business experience in several organizations. He was a SVP or VP General Manager in high tech equipment, and software. Doing business with corporations, and the digital imaging market. Jerry’s main focus is on strategy and tactical implementation to deliver P&L, earnings target with a focus on sales operations excellence, and margin optimization.
The foundation that was built included, earlier roles in WW pricing, financial planning /business strategies, EMEA business development, WW managed service product manager, regional sales director, and manager market research. Jerry has visited over 30 countries on business, lived in London for three years.
He has launch products is 13 European countries. Jerry co-negotiated a very large Brazilian contract that was the largest signed in the B-B space.
Consulting skills includes, B-B sales/pipeline process, sales operations, compensation/ plan design, goal setting, forecasting/strategic process for annual and long term plans, country assessments for US companies looking abroad, and incorporate actions for P&L maximization.
