MBA (Distinction), Middlesex University, London, and a Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University Mid-Glamorgan, Wales.
Started his career with Crosfield Electronics, heading R&D development projects across the Graphic Arts industry serving the printing and publishing sector, quickly progressing to Team Leader. As a result of an acquisition in 1995, he moved to Parascan Technologies heading Marketing where he spearheaded a complete company rebranding exercise, developing the go-tomarket and aggressive sales strategies that saw over 400% growth in just 2 years, in addition becoming GM Sales NAFTA and Northern Europe.
In 2009 he took a position as GM Global Business Development with Agfa-Gavaert a Belgium-German MNC, moving to Malaysia in 2000 to additionally drive the Asia-Pacific region development successfully spearheading one of the largest sales in Agfa’s history within 8 months.
In 2004, he moved to Singapore with Kodak, quickly progressing to run multiple divisions and strategic units becoming a VP for the Asia-Pacific region and part of the Leadership Team, focus on driving sales and marketing strategy, business development, etc.
In 2012, he became the MD of the Callaghan Publishing Group, leaving in July 2013 to start his own Consultancy practice Potius, specializing in assisting European and US companies enter and expand operations across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, identifying and heading their channel and partner relationships across the region, analysis of opportunity and development of go-to-market and sales/business development strategies. The portfolio expanded to incorporate e-commerce solutions and strategy, SEO optimization services, hosted solution deliveries etc. This was expanded in 2014 with a second operation based in the Philippines, Santa-Potius specifically targeting the Telco’s, Banks, Hotel Chains, etc.
