Monique’s expertise includes talent management, executive search, assessment, recruitment & selection, assessment, organizational development, training and development, change and business transformation, and leadership and management coaching.

Her clients include Fortune 500s and firms in the engineering, ICT, financial, governmental, health, human service, law and manufacturing industries. Monique has brought her expertise to a variety of national and multi-national corporations including Pfizer, Delhaize, Henkel, MasterCard, Starbucks, WSBI, NYSE, Euronext, Accor Hotels, BMW, Shanks, Euroclear, European Commission, and European Parliament.

Prior to HR consulting, Monique worked as Senior Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers - PwC, as Legal Advisor in a Ministerial Cabinet, and as Sales Manager in the Electronic and ICT industry.

She earned her Master in Law and Master in Environment Law, both with honors, from the University of Louvain and continued her education in coaching and leadership programs and in numerous HR programs. She is a certified Coach. She has presented at several conferences on talent development, competency and performance modeling, people management, leadership and change management.

She is also member of AlterforHum a non-profit organization providing advice and assistance in HR.
